FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose my size?

Every Auralys piece is designed to follow the silhouette without ever constraining it. We recommend consulting our Size Guide before ordering, taking your bust, waist and hip measurements. If you're between two sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed drape.

What are your delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery then typically takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on where you're located. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to North America, Europe and several other regions, depending on our logistics partners' availability.

How do I make a return or exchange?

You have 15 calendar days after receiving your order to notify us of a return request, by emailing support@auralysboutique.com with your order number. The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Full details are available in our Return and Refund Policy.

Who covers return shipping costs?

For a change of mind or sizing error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For a defective item or one received in error on our part, Auralys covers the full cost once the situation has been confirmed by our customer service team.

How do I care for my Auralys pieces?

To preserve the fabric and shape of your bodysuits and yoga wear, we recommend a gentle cold wash without harsh products. Always refer to the care label sewn into each piece, which remains the most accurate reference for that specific garment.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment is processed through Shopify, a platform certified compliant with PCI-DSS security standards. Your card information never passes through our servers.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, an email containing your tracking number is sent to you automatically. You can also check your order status on our Order Tracking page.
